Blind-spot Detection


For cyclists, the biggest problem is the safety of sharing the road with motor vehicles. They need to look behind shoulder to carefully check the coming cars if they attempt to change lanes. We fully understood cyclists are in the danger of theirs eyes off the road. As one of founder failed to check the blind spot, a crash with a far behind approaching car occurred. So, Homekong e-bikes use Audio alerts via speaker and visual LED blinking alerts in blind-spot area. The alerts change cyclists¡¯ riding decision in seconds. Radar and camera detect vehicles approaching from the rear and those already passing but ¡®hidden¡¯ from their view in the area not covered by the rear-view.



Cross Traffic Detection


An audible alert via the speaker and a visual flashing LED bar alert warn the rider.


Built-in Turn Signal Lights


Homekong e-bike is equipped with a turn signal light to enable other vehicles to know what direction cyclists will go. The brake light is activated when the e-bike is stopped. The flashing hazard light safety feature provides visual alerts to warn of vehicles approaching from behind.


Touchscreen LCD Display


LCD display is integrated directly into the handlebar, helping riders easily keep track of speed, distance, battery life, navigation and more.


Front & Rear Dash Cameras


The built-in front and rear dash cameras help cyclists by offering proof of what happened on the road. The saved footage evidence may lead to a police prosecution or a speedily decided insurance claim in your favor in the event of an actual collision.


Anti-theft System


A security lock and alarm that can be accessed through the Homekong APP. So, it can be remotely locked and unlocked. If an e-bike is stolen, a rider can use the app to lock the wheels and activate an alarm system. Once locked, no one can start the e-bike except the owner. The riders can locate the e-bikes on a map by our APP. They just follow the signal to easily find its exact location. Riderss can track the e-bike even someone is using it. The alarm will be turned on to alert the police to where the e-bike is being kept. Since Homekong e-bike is equipped with motion sensors, if the e-bike is tampered with or moved and our APP will send a pop-up message to notify the owner.

Wireless Phone Charger


There is a wireless phone charger at the center of the smart handlebar that can turn the smartphone into a control center showing the status of the Homekong e-Bike APP. Riders charge their phones anytime and anywhere.


Crash Detection


Homekong e-bike can detect a fall using the bike¡¯s built-in motion and crash sensors. The sensors detect when cyclists fall off the e-bike and measure the intensity of the crash.

When a severe crash occurs, the APP will start a countdown with an alarm sound. If the cyclist does not turn off the countdown within a certain period of time, APP will call and send an alert of real-time location sharing to the predefined emergency contacts.



Built-in Laser Indicator


To increase visibility and avoid accident, two parallel laser beams (flashing and bright modes) are emitted from laser indicators for communication with other drivers and pedestrians by projecting red LED signal lines onto the road.


Smart handlebar


Touchscreen LCD display, phone charger, and holder are integrated into the cool T-shaped design of handlebar. The buttons on it control all LED lights. The handlebar also lights up with turn signals, while in the back, brake light shines when you come to a stop.There is a phone holder at the center of its handlebar, which can turn your smartphone into a control center showing the status of the eBike APP. It can also charge the smartphone.

Custom-made upgraded Rear /Mid-Drive Motors


We improve the  motor to minimize energy waste and reduce heat generation on the efficiency of motor control and thus the overall efficiency of e-bikes. The torque sensor in the rear wheel motor with Freetech self-developed software provides extra effort to combat headwinds resistance and quicker harmonious handling for a more comfortable riding experience.  The motor automatically adjusts the gearbox ratio by detecting the speed of the e-bike regarding the speed sensor.

Cameras used for ADAS are monitoring and sensing. The purpose of the monitoring function is mainly to provide complementary information such as information on blind spots. The sensing function is a function to extract information necessary for objection detection and blind spots detection from pictures taken by the cameras such as textures, pedestrians, cars, and traffic signs. The system helps to avoid collisions and accidents by image detection technology that alerts the riders for potential problems on road.
